Spotlight: Preferred Contact Methods

An enhancement to the user profile and notification module now enables users to activate their Preferred Contact Methods.

Once a user has logged into the app, within their profile, the users can turn ON/OFF communication methods (i.e. Email, In-Mail, SMS, Push Notifications etc.) and also drag and drop the priority order enabling them to set which contact method has a higher priority.

The feature is ideal for crisis communications when sending out critical communications and ensuring it is delivered to the users preferred contact methods along with linking to broadcast cycles where user confirmations are setup and confirmation are needed quickly.
